WA FOOTBALL SATISFACTION SURVEY
For the first time, in 2016 the West Australian Football Commission (WAFC) will be conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey allowing everyone involved in our game to provide feedback on their views, perceptions and importantly, levels of satisfaction of being involved in WA football.
The WAFC strives to deliver high-quality programs, competitions, governance and services to support all the players, volunteers, administrators, coaches, umpires and clubs engaged with WA football.
The purpose of this survey is to seek your feedback on the key issues and challenges for our game, but also provide us with the opportunities to identify where we can be better in supporting your league, club, program or competition. Football Clubs and all of those involved are the lifeblood of our game, providing participation opportunities for players, coaches and umpires. In addition, we know that Football clubs would not survive without the loyal support of a significant volunteer network that sustains our sport at grass roots level.
This is your chance to provide us with those views, which we will review and benchmark at the end of every season moving forward. The WAFC and its football stakeholders will use the feedback provided in the survey to review and develop improvement strategies for our game moving forward.
Your views are important to us as we set about ensuring West Australian Football continues to grow, is successful and meet the needs for all of those involved.
